The Glock 20 is an Austrian 10mm Auto pistol. Its first appearance, albeit cameo, was in Madness Combat 5: Depredation, appearing in the opening screen. Its debut was in Madness Combat 6: Antipathy, held by a 1337 agent, but is never fired. In Madness Combat 6.5, it is dropped by a fallen agent and used by Deimos to kill a few unaware agents on the rooftop and is then holstered while he boarded the helicopter. In Madness Combat 10: Abrogation, Sanford uses one to kill several agents in the final scene.

Dual Glock 20s appear to be Ivy's firearms in Project I.V.

In Madness: Project Nexus (Classic), the Glock 20 is a starting weapon for Hank and Sanford, which are equipped with a guiding laser, and a guiding laser plus suppressor, respectively.
