The fire axe is a tool used by firefighters to break down doors. It can also be used as an offensive weapon, due to its blade and weight. In Madness Combat, it is put to use solely as a weapon.

The fire axe debuted in Madness Apotheosis in the hands of several grunts. It wasn't seen again until Madness Consternation and had been making frequent appearances since. Jesus used one in the beginning of Madness Inundation to slaughter several agents and A.T.P. engineers.

It reappeared in Madness Aggregation, where an A.T.P. engineer fled the scene using this weapon with an engineer wielding a Carbon knife, the two engineers later ambushing Deimos, bending his G36. The engineer was later clubbed to death with Deimos's G36.
