==History==

===Feelings 1: Curiosity===
On September 22nd 2085, Victor met [[Bibi]] in front of an [[A.A.H.W.|Agency]] Base planning to take over [[Retropolis]]. The duo fought a bunch of Agents until they split up in the middle.

===Feelings 1.5: Flee===
Victor fights more agents until being shot and knocked out. He is taken to another area in the base and wakes up in front of an agent and grunt. Victor kills both of them and walks around the Base looking for Bibi and a way out. Victor finds Bibi unconscious and takes her unconscious body away from the base. Victor finds Bibi's motorcycle and the two drive back to Retropolis.

===Feelings 2: Pursue===
Victor and Bibi find themselves back in Retropolis with the goal of warning the [[Retropolis Police|Retropolis Justice Force]] of the Agency's plans. Victor and Bibi split up to find the Police. Victor accidentally causes a gang war with the [[Patova Mafia]] and gets the police involved when they accidentally mistake him for a gangster. He attempts talking to the Police but gets frustrated with them and kills most of them. He continues killing gangsters and police until crossing paths with Bibi again, who tells Victor that she succeeded in warning the Police and clearing his name. The two are surrounded by Patovas and kill a lot of them in style, scaring the rest away. They celebrate their victory until the Agency shoots them down, getting ready to execute both of them.

=== Feelings 3: Foray ===
Victor appears for a short moment showing him fleeing the scene after having brutalized some patova mafia members as Police show up to the scene and the focus changes to that of the ATP Soldat spearheading the Agency's infiltration of Retropolis.

===Combat Prowess===
Victor had shown to be quite a good fighter, having the ability to fend off and take down members of the Agency, the Patova Mafia and the RJF alike, even going as far as taking down tougher foes like Agency ATP Engineers, Patova Greasers and RJF Detectives.

===Diabetes===
Victor had Diabetes and must take a shot of insulin every now and again when his blood sugar spikes. He uses Insulin to eat Candy Bars.
