The '''hot dog vendor''' is a comic relief character in the [[Madness Combat|Madness Combat series]] who wears a stained apron and tends to a hot dog stand. The hot dog vendor has made two canon appearances to date. He was first seen manning his hot dog stand in [[Madness Combat 6: Antipathy]] and selling a hot dog to [[Tricky]]. He was next seen in his own shop in [[Madness Combat 8: Inundation]].

He also appears in the non-canon [[Incident: 011A]] and [[Incident: 101A]], but as a janitor rather than a hot dog seller.

In Madness Antipathy, the hot dog vendor is seen at the tail end of the animation selling a hot dog to [[Tricky]]. When [[Hank J. Wimbleton|Hank]] appears and charges at the clown, the hot dog vendor flees the scene.

===[[Madness Combat 8: Inundation]]===

In Madness Inundation, the hot dog vendor runs a shop in the [[Auditor|Auditor's]] building. He was selling hot dogs to an [[agent]] and [[A.T.P. engineer]] when suddenly [[Jesus]] bursts and kills his two customers, sparing the hot dog vendor. His fate remains unknown following the destruction of the Auditor's building by the [[normality restoration]].

In Incident: 011A, the hot dog vendor appeared in the end of the animation, as a janitor, however, rather than a hot dog seller. After [[Mag Agent: Torture|Mag Agent: Torture's head]] explodes, the [[grunt]] who killed him wipes blood off his hand and onto the vendor's apron before leaving. The vendor mops the bloody floor until the animation ended.

In Incident: 101A, after [[Tricky]] shoots up the birthday party and leaves, the hot dog vendor arrives, with the bloodstain from [[Incident: 011A]] still present on his apron. He is shocked to see the carnage left in the room.
