The '''fire axe''' is a tool used by firefighters to break down doors. It can also be used as an offensive weapon, due to its blade and weight. In [[Madness Combat]], it is put to use solely as a weapon.

The fire axe debuted in [[Madness Combat 4: Apotheosis|Madness Apotheosis]] in the hands of several [[grunt]]s. It wasn't seen again until [[Madness Combat 7: Consternation|Madness Consternation]] and had been making frequent appearances since. [[Jesus]] used one in the beginning of [[Madness Combat 8: Inundation|Madness Inundation]] to slaughter several [[agent]]s and [[A.T.P. Engineer|A.T.P. engineers]].

It reappeared in [[Madness Combat 9: Aggregation|Madness Aggregation]], where an A.T.P. engineer fled the scene using this weapon with an engineer wielding a [[Carbon knife]], the two engineers later ambushing [[Deimos]], bending his [[G36]]. The engineer was later clubbed to death with Deimos's G36.
